Clean the Nested Content Too

Just a little reminder to myself as much as anyone, remember to purge and cleanup nested content as much as the parent. This includes materials and object styles. If you clean up the parent family but don't pay attention to the nested parts you'll find some of those things polluting the parent.

Anyone out there who can share her/his API program to do this cleanup job?

How does one perform a Purge in REVIT?

Abigail - Purge Unused is on the Manage ribbon tab. Be careful using it, especially while working on a project. Just because it isn't being used "now" doesn't mean you don't "need" it later. For example, some dimension and text styles are often unused until you get deeply into documentation.
